Cancellation Policy

At Al Barir Frozen Foods, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible because frozen food products are perishable.

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Phone number

• Reason for cancellation

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch.

If the order has already been delivered, our Refund & Return Policy will apply.

Refund for Approved Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and processing timelines.
